By accessing or using Eveno ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing this site.

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time without prior notice. Your continued use of the Service after any changes constitutes acceptance of those changes.

Eveno is a digital service that generates personalized event plans based on your inputs, including budget, group size, vibe preferences, and dietary restrictions. The Service uses artificial intelligence to suggest venues, activities, and timelines for events in Iceland.

We provide suggestions and recommendations only. We do not make reservations, guarantee venue availability, or ensure that suggested venues meet your specific requirements. All plans are provided for informational purposes only.

The Service includes both Free and Pro subscription tiers. Free users can generate one set of event plans per session. Pro users have access to unlimited plan generation, plan regeneration, and priority support.

You are solely responsible for verifying all venue details, making reservations, and ensuring your event complies with local laws, regulations, and venue policies.

You agree to provide accurate information when using the Service. Inaccurate inputs may result in unsuitable event plans.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

You agree not to use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in any way that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair our servers or networks.

Pro subscriptions are billed on a monthly or annual basis via Stripe, our third-party payment processor. All prices are listed in Icelandic Króna (ISK) and include applicable taxes.

Monthly subscriptions (1,490 ISK/month) renew automatically on the same day each month. Annual subscriptions (8,900 ISK/year) renew automatically each year.

You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period. No partial refunds are provided for unused time.

Refunds are available within 7 days of your initial purchase. To request a refund, contact support@eventplanner.is with your account email and purchase date.

We reserve the right to change subscription prices with 30 days advance notice. Price changes will not affect existing subscribers until their next renewal period.

All content, features, and functionality of the Service, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, and software, are the exclusive property of Eveno and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

Event plans generated by the Service are licensed to you for personal, non-commercial use only. You may save, print, and share your generated plans, but you may not resell or redistribute them for commercial purposes.

You retain all rights to the inputs you provide to the Service (e.g., preferences, budget, group size).

Eveno is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free, or that any defects will be corrected. We do not guarantee the accuracy, reliability, or completeness of any venue information, pricing, or availability.

In no event shall Eveno, its officers, directors, employees, or agents be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation lost profits, data, or use, arising out of or related to your use of the Service.

Our total liability to you for all claims arising from your use of the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim, or 10,000 ISK, whichever is greater.

The Service may contain links to third-party websites, venues, or services that are not owned or controlled by Eveno. We have no control over, and assume no responsibility for, the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party sites or services.

We use third-party services including Stripe (payment processing), Google Analytics (usage analytics), and Sentry (error monitoring). Your use of these services is subject to their respective terms and privacy policies.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account and access to the Service at our sole discretion, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties, or for any other reason.

Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. All provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, and limitations of liability.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Iceland, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Service shall be resolved in the courts of Reykjavík, Iceland.
